In order to navigate the workforce, we must be prepared for change. We all need to know how to enter a profession, advance in that profession or change out of that profession. To prepare for this, it is essential to document evidence of our skills. Digital portfolios, work journals and simulated interviews provide a method for overtly teaching and assessing interview preparedness before we actually INTERVIEW.
